Sili leaves harvesting in our backyard as part of my income while in summer. I send it to public market to sell them. Batangenyo used it in their dishes such as tinolang manok and ginisa sa monggo as an arroma. The health benefits of the sili leaves an excellent source of calcium and iron, a good source of phosphorus and vitamin A and vitamin B. It is an important gastrointestinal deoxidant and also serves as a stimulant, digestive, rubefacient, stumachic, sialagogue, alternative, antispasmodic, febrifugue, and depurative.
